If you’re looking for something new, you’re in the right place.! Many of our items are familiar but some like our crystal yoni eggs and wands maybe new to you. We strive to be industrious and innovative, offering our customers what they want, and surprise you with something new.Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
As of now, we are not a quick ship company.
Most items are shipped from San Diego, CA and will get to you in less than 7 business days. Other items, the average delivery time is 2-4 weeks as they are shipped from our worldwide partners directly to you.
However, this process allows us to keep the cost of our products low and the quality high. The only downside is we can't do next day shipping which is why we ask our customers to be patient for delivery but knowing that in doing so you are using less wasteful materials and saving yourself money in the process.
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
· Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us or our suppliers to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
- All items have a handling period before they are processed and shipped.
- 99% of orders are shipped within 2-5 days of purchase.
- UK, Australia, Canada, and EU please expect a few extra days for delivery
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our Office is in San Diego, CA. However some of our specialty items come direct from suppliers and ship from countries such as US, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. In Some Instances your item can get take time to process through customs and take a few days longer for delivery.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For quicker shipping, items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified to ship items together.
Please keep this in mind when getting your items. If you don't receive your full order the rest is shortly behind the other items.

Refund Or Returns
We do not issue refunds on any of our Sale Items. The reason being is because these are wholesale prices we offer to the public. All sales are final for sale items!
If you received a item that has been damaged please email us at: email@example.com
Please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us by email so we can help get your a new item shipped out.
For all services and destination countries, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order has been mailed. All of our orders include tracking information.
Domestic customers: Please note that USPS electronic information typically only updates once a day, and can sometimes go days without an update. Do not fret about your shipment; this is normal behavior. Rest assured that it is not affecting the delivery time of your shipment.
- International customers are solely responsible for any and all importation duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country.
- We cannot ship your order as a "gift" or with a fake commercial value in order to avoid/reduce importation duties, taxes, or custom fees.
- The Goddess Box is not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, peak times of the year, delayed customs clearance, inclement weather, or any other random events.
- If you cannot receive shipments from USPS, or would prefer to use another carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
