How to use a Yoni Egg

Adding weight to your vaginal exercise is a trusted age-old practice. Increased lubrication, decreased incontinence, speedy postpartum recovery, more intense orgasms and a deeper connection to your divine feminine energy- every women should experience the benefits!

Beginner
1.Set the mood: candles, music, silence, incense- whatever will put you in a relaxed state
2. You will want to remain seated or laying on your back for this 10-15 minute practice. If you are not ready to insert the egg the first time that is perfectly alright
3. Insert into your yoni by gently nudging it inside you may find that your yoni muscles will suck it in. The widest end will enter you first. If your egg is drilled the string will hang and remain outside the yoni
4. Focus on the sensations and relax your pelvic floor muscles (kegals)
5. ✨Just Be✨Breathe. Allow yourself this moment to yourself. Meditate. Set great intentions
6. When you are ready remove the egg by gently pulling on the string or using your muscles to squeeze the egg down and out

Intermediate
What if I cannot feel the egg inside me!? This is perfectly normal. Keep practicing to strengthen those muscles and to heighten your sensitivity and awareness. You can also choose a larger egg. ✨Once you are comfortable inserting and removing the egg.✨

1. You can lengthen your practice times- you can even sleep with it overnight (note any dreams you may have)
2. Walk around with it, wash the dishes, do your laundry. If you have trouble "holding" it inside return to a seated position until your muscles gain strength
3. Continue with more advance kegal work. Squeezing for longer periods of time

Advanced
Perhaps you have acquired additional eggs or have a favorite!
✨Have fun with your egg! Go grocery shopping with it inside or out to dinner with your mate. Just knowing it is there will heighten your awareness and femininity. Meditate, practice yoga or belly dance with your egg! If you are ready to invite others into your practice: have sex or dance sensually with it inside. Totally up to you!! Some women even add weights to their drilled eggs!

Trust your instincts

There is no right way to use a Yoni Egg! Many women choose to meditate or sleep with their Yoni Egg before inserting. You set the pace of this practice, especially if you are using Yoni Eggs to heal from trauma.

The widest end of the Yoni Egg should be inserted first. Sensations will vary based on the size of the egg. If you feel as though the egg is ‘stuck’, lower into a squat, relax fully and bear down gently. A natural lubricant can also be used for easy insertion and removal.

    Hello, I have a few questions. 1) Which yoni egg is recommended for first time users? 2) What do you mean by “note dreams you may have”? 3) if yo have sex while the egg is still inside, can your partner feel it?
