Try this exercise
Experience level: Beginner
1. Lay down on your back.
2. Insert your yoni egg. If you are feeling adventurous add an additional small egg (Yep you'll have 2 inside!) Our aim is to add a little extra weight. Remove the additional weight before standing.
3. Move into the bridge position, like the picture above.
4. Tuck* 5 times then gently return your back to the floor. That is one set.
5. Repeat the set 5-10 times.
*By tuck I mean pulse your hips by rotating them towards your upper body. It should be a small movement similar to a crunch. This movement should simultaneously contract your pelvic muscles.
